Drew Deckman

Drew grew up in Peachtree, Georgia and completed a degree in philosophy in Rhodes College before embarking on a culinary journey that took him to several countries around the world until finally settling in Valle de Guadalupe. His restaurant “Deckman’s en el Mogor” has become iconic and has been rated as one of the top restaurants in the country.

During his time in Europe, Drew was awarded a coveted Michelin Star for his work in Restaurant Vitus in Germany as well as Rising-Star Chef in Berlin. He has also worked along side some of the world’s best chefs like Paul Bocuse, Jacques Maximin, Gilles DuPont and Tommy Byrne.

In this new stage Chef Deckman launches an exciting new project on the coast of Sinaloa which aims to combine Sinaloa’s amazing ingredients with Drew’s unique style of cooking.
